Vision Consultancy
I specialise in empowering leaders to take their company vision off the plaques on their walls and instil it into the veins of their teams, products and customers.
I've studied Executive Coaching at the University of Cambridge, and coach CEOs of international organisations as well as mentor new, aspiring founders. I have been privileged to be able to deliver leadership training for over a decade worldwide in locations such as New York, Toronto, Cape Town and Doha.
As an Associate Consultant for the Inspirational Development Group, based at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS), I train leaders from a variety of corporations worldwide including HSBC, Barclays and Addleshaw Goddard, as well as consulting privately for International NGOs, and other multi million dollar SMEs in the Tech, Telecoms, and Household Goods industries
Charitable Work
This is where my leadership journey began and is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I've focused much of my time on serving Orphans and Needy Children and founded the Scottish arm of a voluntary project called Charity Week, which now funds millions of pounds for UN partnered Child Welfare programs in some of the world's most destitute places. I, as the UK Director and the first International Director of the organisation, inspired and trained hundreds of leaders who lead thousands of volunteers in what is now one of the largest youth lead voluntary organisations in the world.
It's not abnormal to see me getting a bit carried away as an auctioneer or see me pleading with all my heart on various Television Fundraising shows!
Healthcare
In my spare time, I graduated from the UK’s highest-ranked Dental School and now own multiple dental businesses in Scotland, where I still treat patients.

How It All Ties Together
I care for every client like a patient, creating a "treatment plan" and doing the relevant "x-rays" and treat every client like my own businesses. Combining the vision-based leadership model from the non-profit world, with the diagnostic tools from the healthcare world and applying it into the strategies of the business world has yielded excellent results for my clients
